4 Days Uganda Wildlife Safari offers the most famous Uganda safari destination of Queen Elizabeth national park a home to over 650  species of birds and  95 mammal species which include both land-dwelling lions and tree climbing lions, African elephants, Cape buffaloes, Waterbucks, Leopard, Side stripped Jackals, spotted hyenas, Uganda kobs as well as aquatics of Kazinga channel where one of the world’s biggest concentration of Hippo are found and the Nile crocodile famously known as the second largest reptiles on the world scale.

It will also take you to Bwindi Impenetrable national park that harbors with over 500 individual of mountain gorillas out of the 1063 total number of the mountain gorillas that are still remaining in the world. This trip begins and ends in Kampala or Entebbe Airport.

Detailed 4 Days Uganda Wildlife Safari

Day 1: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park

Depending on the location of the traveller, our drive will pick him up and transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park in the south western Uganda. You will have a stopover at the equator for water experiment, amazing photography as well as visiting craft shops around. Then continue the journey to Queen Elizabeth national park and arrive in time for lunch, check in at the lodge and lunch.

Afternoon Boat Cruise; Later on, go on the Kazinga channel that stretches from Lake George to Lake Edward. The cruise made along here offers an opportunity to see close wide range of the highest concentration of hippos, water birds plus crocodiles which are seen resting at water edges. Boat cruise gives excellent platform for photography, game viewing, bird watching and doing an evening game drive along the channel which brings out perfect evening moments for game viewing.

Day 2: Morning game drive and Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable

Morning game drive: You will wake up have breakfast. Then head out for early morning game drive along Kasenyi track and Queen’s mile in the park. Along your game drive expect to see variety of wild animals such as Cape buffaloes, elephants, Topis, Kobs, Warthogs, Hyenas, Leopards as well as lions plus numerous birds.

After game drive, you will be transferred to Bwindi Impenetrable national park passing via Ishasha where you will have chances of seeing tree climbing lions and Ishasha’s short trees offers rewarding sights, it also supports other species like buffaloes, elephants, waterbucks and Kobs which can be watched en-route to Bwindi impenetrable national park. Arrive in the evening for refreshment, dinner and Overnight stay.

Day 3: Gorilla Trekking –Bwindi

Gorilla Trekking: Wake up early have breakfast with served packed lunch boxes and be driven to park head quarter to be briefed about the rules of Gorilla trekking. After briefing, you will be accompanied by the ranger guide to the forest trailhead to trek the habituated gorilla family.

As you will be trekking you will get excited about other primates, wild animal’s life such as buffaloes, giant forest hogs, elephants, bushbucks, leopards among others. Once tracked, you will be given one hour to observe them learn about their life styles, photography with them, this is quite memorable experience in life time.

After trekking return back to the lodge and be transferred to Lake Bunyonyi driving through rewardable Kigezi Highlands which are impressive scenic land scape. You will arrive at Lake Bunyonyi in the afternoon have lunch.

Boat Cruise: After having lunch, head on the boat cruise to explore the second deepest lake in Africa with over 29 thrilling Islands. Return to the lodge for relaxation, dinner and Overnight stay.

Day 4: Transfer from Lake Bunyonyi back to Kampala

Transfer back to Kampala: Wake up have breakfast, then transfer back to Kampala via Igongo Culture centre visit the traditional culture and also enjoy lunch. Then proceed the journey or else you can have another stopover at the equator for more photos and visiting the craft shop. You will reach Kampala to be dropped at your hotel or Entebbe Airport to catch up your flight back home.
